Jenkins County Medical Center is working with Georgia Southern University’s Center for Public Health Practice and Research to gather feedback through a Community Health Needs Assessment. Your opinions will help us plan future healthcare services for our community. The survey takes just 15-20 minutes to complete, and your privacy is fully protected.

Participation is voluntary, and you must be 18 or older. Your responses will remain confidential and reported only in a combined, anonymous form. Jenkins County Medical Center will not have access to individual responses.
