Millen, GA – Jenkins County Medical Center (JCMC) is pleased to welcome two dedicated and skilled providers to its Behavioral Health Unit: Jaymal Ratilal Patel, MD, and Kylie Floyd, PMHNP-BC. Their experience and patient-centered approach further strengthen JCMC’s ability to provide high-quality, compassionate mental health care to patients throughout Jenkins County and the surrounding region.

Dr. Patel is a dual board-certified psychiatrist with more than 20 years of experience in clinical care, leadership, and academic instruction. He currently serves as Chief Medical Officer at Legacy Behavioral Health Services in Valdosta and is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Neurology at the Medical College of Georgia. A graduate and Fellow of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, Dr. Patel completed his residency and fellowship in geriatric psychiatry there, following earlier training at the Medical College of Georgia.

She previously earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Middle Georgia State University in 2020.
